Charter

Charter built around the trip.

One trip. A lot of moving parts. One team accountable for them.

The trip can begin wherever you are. Trinity quotes the mission around the itinerary, not just a Dallas departure.

The route is only one part of the trip.

Aircraft fit, catering, ground timing, pets, customs, and schedule changes are handled before the trip is quoted.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you book.

  • Quote the outbound first; the return is held loosely and confirmed when the schedule firms up. We talk through the implications before the trip is booked.

  • We pick alternates during the quote, not at dispatch. Routing accounts for curfews, runway length, density altitude, and the realistic weather window.

  • Changes are normal. The same coordinator handling the trip handles the change, and re-quotes the impact transparently.

  • Yes. We start with the aircraft we manage. When a trip calls for something outside the fleet, we arrange vetted supplemental options with the same attention to safety, fit, and service.

  • Empty legs are repositioning flights with a fixed window. The aircraft, route, and timing are set; if any of those line up with your trip, the value can be substantial. If not, a normal charter is the right path.

  • Yes. Catering, pets, ground timing, accessibility needs, and seating preferences should be part of the quote conversation, not the dispatch conversation.
